Garlic Sauteed Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients
8 oz Sugar Snap Peas, Whole Raw 12 second spray Olive Oil cooking spray 1 clove Garlic, finely minced 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp flaked or kosher Salt for garnish 1/4 tsp coarsely grated black Pepper
Directions
Spray saute pan with olive oil cooking spray. Add garlic and saute over medium high heat for 1 minute.

Add snow peas and saute, tossing frequently, for 4 - 6 minutes until crisp-tender. Drizzle on soy sauce and continue to cook for 30 seconds.

Remove from heat, garnish with freshly ground black pepper and salt flakes.
