Coffee Cheesecake Chia Mousse

8 oz Great Value Cream Cheese 16 tbsp Great Value Heavy Whipping Cream (by VETBILL) 13 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 4 fl oz Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds 10 tbsp Erythritol, powdered-adjusted to 0 NC (by LIVESIMPLY1)
Using a Sturdy mixer:
Put Cream Cheese in MIxer and start the mixer.
Add the coffee and mix until most of the lumps are out (you may even heat it a little if you like)
Add the chia seeds and continue mixing
Add the heavy whipping cream and let it continue to mix.
As the mixture begins to thicken, add Erythritol.
You may also want to add vanilla extract or any other flavoring.
Serving Size: Makes 7 1/2 cup servings
