Ingredients
1/4 c. Heart Smart Bisquick1 Large egg1/2 c. skim milk2 packets or 1 tsp Splenda8 oz Del Monte Lite Diced Peaches (drained)
Directions
Drain and separate peaches into 4 individual dessert cups that are oven safe. Mix egg, Bisquick, skim milk and Splenda together in a small bowl until well mixed then pour 1/4 of mixture over top of each cup of peaches.

Bake at 400 degrees for approx 15 minutes or until the topping is brown.

Can be served cool or hot. If desired, cool and top with a tsp of fat-free cool whip.

This is so easy to make and I do it in stemmed clear dessert cups, cool and top with the cool whip. Not only does it taste wonderful but it looks like you spent a long time making it!

Makes 4 servings at less than 100 calories each, even with the whip topping!

I read other comments and made adjustments which included an additional 1/4 cup bisquik, pure vanilla, cinnamon and i used a 15 oz can of peaches and divided between 6 ramikins - turned out very good and tasty
thank you for sharing a base recipe - 9/19/08

I am going to use home canned peaches that will taste just awesome. I use a very light syrup and ginger to keep the sweet taste. - 6/4/09

This was pretty good, although I thought I would make it in one 8x8 dish. DOESN'T WORK WELL. The bisquick topping did not get done well, having the texture of custard. If you like custard, maybe you would like it, but I don't. I will follow the recipe next time!!! - 8/21/08

Wonderful recipe - thanks for sharing. I added a little cinnamon on top of the peaches. Great with or without. - 8/11/08

Added extra 1/4 C bisquick and splash of vanilla. Used 1/4 C egg substitute instead of an egg. Used 15 oz no sugar added peaches and sprinkled Splenda and cinnamon on top before adding bisquick mixture. Split up into 3 ramekins which came out to 130 calories each. Baked 25-30 min @ 400. Thank you!! - 1/22/12

Yummy! I made it with mangos (no peaches on hand) and used egg beaters. - 9/23/08

I added some frozen blackberries to the peaches, some flax seed to the bisquick & some sugar to the peaches (as I used frozen, unsweetened)... it was pretty good, but such a SMALL portion. It sort of just made me hungrier for something else... I added a 1/4 c of yogurt to the side... it was okay.. - 9/28/08

While it had a good taste, it came out more like custard with peaches in it. I made it again with one half cup bisquick and quarter cup milk. Tasted more like cobbler to me... - 8/13/09

The top was really gooey. More Bisquick needs to be added. - 9/21/08

Very good, but it needed a little spice...perhaps I'll add some cinnamon next time. - 9/1/08

We didn't care for this. But I may try it again by adding Splenda and cinnamon to the juice and including it in the dessert cup. I also upped the Bisquick to 1c as the batter was like water. - 8/26/08

This was really bland. I even put in cinnamon, vanilla, and a little extra sugar, but it didn't seem to help much. - 9/11/09
