2 whole wheat Tortilla1/4 c. spaghetti/pizza sauce2 oz lowfat Mozzarella cheese1/4 c. diced tomatoes1/4 c. canned or fresh mushrooms1/4 c. chopped peppers
Lay both tortillas on a large cookie sheet. Cover each tortilla with half the sauce, cheese and vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 10 minutes or until the cheese is well melted. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
This makes 2 large servings.
You can add any vegetables of your choice.
