12.0 oz Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork1.0 tbsp Sesame Seeds3.0 tsp Ginger Root4.0 clove Garlic0.3 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium3.0 tbsp Soy Sauce1.0 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar1.0 Grams Corn Starch1.0 tsp Granulated Sugar0.5 serving Hot Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 tsp (5g)4.0 oz Lo Mein Noodle2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper3.0 cup Cabbage, napa3.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)2.0 1tsp Sesame Oil1.0 cup (1/2" slices) Bamboo shoots, raw
Slice pork. Add ginger and garlic. Small bowl whisk broth soy sriracha vinegar sugar and cornstarch. Cook noodles rinse in cold Water. Coat pan in cooking spray. Med high heat. Add veggies and cook 6 min. Remove vegetables from skillet. Add sesame and pork cook 2 or 3 min push to outside of pan. Add sauce to center cook till thickened. Add noodles and vegetables and cook 2 more min.
