Ingredients
Chickpeas 14 oz. can Stewed Tomatoes 14 oz. can Diced potatoes 14 oz. can Chopped collard greens 14 oz. can Carrots, 14 oz. can Water, tap, 5 cups Thyme,dried 1 t. Salt-free seasonings 2 t. Cumin 1 t. Oregano, dried 0.5 t. Salt sense 0.5 t.
Directions
Put everything in soup pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer 20-25 minutes.
