Mozzarella Stuffed Meatball Parm

32 oz Ground beef 1 serving Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g) .25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 2 tbsp Basil 2 tbsp Oregano, ground 2 cloves Garlic 5 serving Sargento Light String Cheese - 1 Stick of Cheese 2 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce) 6 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 3 oz Romano Cheese
1. Mix together breadcrumbs and milk, & add to ground beef. Mix in grated Romano cheese. Season to taste with garlic, basil, oregano, salt & pepper.
2. Cut each cheese stick into 5 pieces. Using a size 30 scoop portion meat and place a piece of cheese inside. Make sure that the meat is sealed around the cheese.
3. Cook in frying pan on all sides in olive oil spray. Remove to baking dish. Pour Marinara sauce over meatballs and sprinkle grated mozzarella over top.
4. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven till cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20 min.
Serving Size: makes about 25 stuffed meatballs
