Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
1 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 1 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) .125 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened 1/2t vanilla1t cinnamon
Directions
Rinse quinoa, and cook in a sauce pan with a cup of water. Cover, bring to a boil, then turn heat to low and keep covered for 15 mins while simmering. Turn off heat and let stand for 5 more. While still hot add all other ingredients and let stand for 5 more mins.
