Spinach, tomato and cheese frittata

Ingredients
1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.15 cup 2 % KROGER MILK REDUCED FAT 1 tsp Kroger Parmesan Cheese 0.5 cup Kroger Mexican Cheese 8 cherry Red Ripe Tomatoes 0.5 oz Sundried tomato julienne cut 1 oz Fresh Express Baby Kale, Chard, Spinach mix
Directions
SautÃÆ'Æ'© spinach and tomato until wilted in a dash of olive oil. Whisk milk and egg until smooth. Add, pepper or your favorite seasoning to desired taste. Add cheese to mil/egg mixture. Pour egg mixture into skillet with sautÃÆ'Æ'©ed veggies. Stir Add cheese to top if desired Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until eggs are browned Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
