Ingredients
1.8 - 2 #s Mushrooms, fresh, cut into large pieces1/4 Cup Vidallia Onion, chopped2 15.5 oz cans Beans, Kidney beans dark red, undrained1/4 Green Bell Pepper, Fresh1 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 3 Tbsp Paprika
Directions
Clean and dry button/white mushrooms. Cut into 1" pieces. Saute in oil and onion for 10-15 minutes, until all water is released. Add Beans, bell pepper and water to cover. Add paprika and ketchup. Simmer for 30 minutes until heated through.
