Pizza Chicken with Caesar Salad

Ingredients
Sauce:1 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added (8oz small can )1 tsp Garlic powder to taste1 tsp Onion powder to taste1 tbsp Basil to taste1 tbsp Oregano, ground to tastesalt and pepper to taste24 oz Nature's Place All Natural Chicken Breast boneless skinless 2 serving Cheese, Great Value, Finely Shredded Pizza Blend Cheese, 1/3c (28g) 1 cup Spinach, fresh Salad:4 cup Romaine lettuce serving size 2 cups fresh express hearts of romaine 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 1 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup) 6 tbsp Wishbone Caesar E.V.O.O. Vinaigrette dressing (by RSLABBINC) 1 serving Mezzetta golden peperoncini (3 peperoncini) 2 oz hormel pepperoni minis (main dish NOT salad)
Directions
Make sauce (or use jarred pizza sauce)
Preheat oven to 400
Brown chicken breasts in a skillet just for color. Season them with salt and pepper or Mrs. Dash garlic herb (your preference)
Place chicken in Pyrex baking dish. Cover with fresh spinach, pizza sauce, cheese and mini pepperoni. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
While baking mix salad ingredients in a large salad bowl. Chill until chicken is ready.

Serving Size: 3 large portions (2 chicken breasts and 1/3 of the salad
