370 gram Seeds - Quinoa, Cooked (1/2 cup raw = 1 cup cooked) 1 serving Oil Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil 1 tbsp 1.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 4 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 2 cup Tomato Sauce 2 cup Vegetable Broth 1.13 oz Green Chiles (Whole) 2.5 tbsp Chili powder 2 tsp Cumin seed 1.5 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 0.5 tsp Coriander seed 0.15 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) 4 cup Bush's Best Reduced Sodium - Dark Red Kidney Beans 1 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium 2 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 100 grams Cilantro, raw 0.5 lime yields Lime Juice
Heat oil, onion & garlic. Add in everything but beans, corn, cilantro & lime, simmer for 30 min with a lid. Then add the remaining ingredients.
