Ingredients
2.0 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap3.5 cup Sauce, Bertolli Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce16.0 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles16.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck3.0 cup Publix Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese24.0 tsp Kraft Parmesan & Romano Cheese 100% Real Grated
Directions
Brown meat, drain, return to pan, add sauce & water. In seperate bowl - combine the 3 cheeses & eggs (add any seasonings here, l add Italian Seasoning, to taste), mix together well. In 9x13 pan layer - 1c sauce mixture (spread across to cover 4-5 noodles 1.5c sauce 1c cheese mixture Repeat until final layer (Final layer) Noodles, remaining sauce, remaining cheese Cover with foil Bake 350° for 60mins Uncover & bake for 10mins Serving Size: Makes 8-10 servings

    My mom came home from a church activity with this recipe when I was a kid. We always LOVED it! Hope you all do too. It is a rich meal, so be aware of that. You can lighten it by substituting cottage cheese for the ricotta. - 1/19/18
