Mexican Chicken Salad

Salad:1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped1 head Iceberg Lettuce chopped1 can corn1 can black beans1/2 can black olives sliced1 avocado in chunks1/2 onion diced1 large red tomatoChicken:2 chicken breasts2 T lime juicepinch of Adobo or other seasoningsTortilla Strips:corn tortillasoil for fryingDressing:1 cup Ranch Dressing1 Avocado2 t lime juicea few sprigs of cilantro
Marinate the chicken in the lime juice and spices and then grill. Cut into bite size strips
Blend ranch dressing, avocado, lime juice and cilantro in blender.
Heat oil for frying. Cut corn tortillas into strips and fry until crunchy. Sprinkle with salt if desired.
Prep salad and toss together all of the ingredients. Top with tortilla strips. (Dressing on the side).
