Basil Chicken and Mushroom Caesar Salad

5 cups romaine lettuce4 Tbsp. Lite Caesar dressing1/3 cup grated parmesan or asiago cheese1/2 cup seasoned croutons1/2 chicken breast, bone and skin removed2 Tbsp canola oil1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms2Tbsp dried basil leavesGarlic saltPepper
Sautee mushrooms with 1 Tbsp canola oil 3-5 min. or until soft.
Add 1 cup of chicken breast cubed
Add the other 1 Tbsp of canola oil
Sprinkle 2 Tbsp dried basil leaves
Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Sautee until chicken is cooked through
In a large bowl, toss the romaine lettuce, caesar dressing, croutons, and grated cheese until dressing is mixed evenly.
Top with cooked chicken and mushrooms.
Serve immediately, or chill for one hour and then serve.
