protien healthy cookies

Ingredients
2 Eggs beaten, add in 1/4 cup peanut butter , cream together. Mix 1 c. Grated carrot, 1/2 c. raisins, 1/2 c. sunflower seeds, 1/2. c. diced dried apricots, 1 c. whole wheat flour, and 2 c. oatmeal. Mix all together with about 1/4 c water to moisten and mix together.
Directions
Scoop mixture onto greased cookie sheet. Makes 10 cookies. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 min.
