Ingredients
Number of Servings: 2 Banana, 1 mediumStrawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 2 cupsSpinach, fresh, 2 cup Cold Water, 6 oz Flax Seed, 1 tbsp Yoplait Yo Plus Yogurt (does not contain HFCS) - 1 indiv. container
Directions
Makes 2 8-10 oz smoothies.

If you have a very powerful blender (VitaMix or Blendtec), just dump the ingredients and blend as usual.

For a regular blender, you should grind the flax seeds first, then blend all ingredients.
