French Rice Salad

Ingredients
1.25 serving Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup .5 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 tbsp Italian Salad dressing .5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 serving Great Value Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed ) 5 Olives
Directions
Warm the veggies in the microwave. Chop the onion, tomatoes and olives to a small dice. Mix the cold cooked rice and all the veggies (warm & fresh) together in a bowl. Add prepared salad dressing or 1TB olive oil and 2 TB of wine vinegar. Add a pinch of herbs de Provence if desired. Salt & pepper to taste. Toss & chill.
