6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 tsp Pepper, black9.0 tbsp Salsa0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.25 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell)0.25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)0.25 cup Fat free half and half6.0 serving Butterball Turkey Bacon (1 slice)0.5 cup *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar6.0 serving La Banderita Carb Counter Whole Wheat Wrap
Chop turkey bacon, green and red peppers, and onions. Cook till turkey bacon is lightly brown. Scramble eggs with half and half and black pepper. Mix with bacon mixture and cook over medium heat till eggs are almost done. Place 1/3 cup of egg and bacon mixture into each tortillas shell and 1/2 TBLE spoon of cheese and roll shell. Place in 9x13 casserole dish and bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with 3 TBLE spoons of Salsa.
