INSTANT POT CHICKEN PARMESAN CASSEROLE

Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive Oil 2lbs Chicken Breast, no skin, cubed1 clove Garlic minced1 jar Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce2 1/2 cup uncooked angel hair pasta1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded 1 large sweet red bell pepper, chopped12 oz serving Baby Bella Mushrooms sliced 2 cups water
Directions
Sear chicken breast pieces and mushrooms on "saute" setting on the Instant Pot in olive oil with garlic for about 5 minutes. Add water, sauce and then pasta. Push pasta down to submerge under water/sauce. Set Instant Pot to "pressure cooker" high for 10 minutes. Do "instant release" of steam/pressure when done so to not overcook the pasta. Stir in shredded Parmesan and red bell pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes then serve.
