Broccoli Cheddar Stuffed Chicken Breast

4 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh 17 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 tbsp Sour Cream .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 425
Chop broccoli put in pot with small amount of water.
Steam for 3min then drain liquid
Add chopped red bell pepper (1/4 of a red pepper)
Add 1tbsp sour cream and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix together with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and then place aside
Take large boneless chicken breast and slice through the side to make a pocket (do not cut all the way through.
Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Then stuff the breast with the broccoli mixture
Heat a skillet and add pat of butter and 1 tsp olive oil
Brown both sides if chicken breast til no longer pink.
Transfer to baking dish
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 425 degree oven for 20min or until safe temp
