1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw (diced)2lb 80/20 ground beef chuck 4 Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g)6 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp Morton Iodized Salt 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap (or substitute beef broth)1 1/2 cups Great Value All Natural Sour Cream 1/4 Xanthum Gum - Bob's Red Mills 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup Green Giant Mushrooms Pieces & Stems
Sautee beef in instant pot, add onions and crushed garlic halfway through cooking. Drain off grease
Add remaining ingredients with the exception of xanthum gum, whipping cream and sour cream.
Cook on manual for 6-8 minutes to incorporate flavors. Quick release and remove lid.
Turn over to sautee again and add sour cream and whipping cream. Mix together thoroughly.
If you have never worked with Xanthum Gum, it gets sticky and it doesn't take much to do it!! Use sparingly. Mix in to your desired consistency.
Serving Size: Makes 10 1 cup servings
