Impossible Coconut Custard Pie

1 - 14 oz can Milk, Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed10 oz Water 1/3 C Bisquick Original4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Butter, softened1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp coconut extract1 C Coconut, shredded
1. Preheat oven 350F.
2. Blend all ingredients except coconut in large blender @ high speed for 3 minutes.
3. Pour into greased 10 inch pie plate: let stand 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with coconut - place in oven - bake 35-45 minutes until knife inserted near edge comes out clean.
5. Cool - Serve - refrigerate leftovers.
