PB Chocolate Keto Fat bomb with coconut

9 tbsp organic great value coconut oil 1/3 cup Hershey's baking cocoa 2 tbsp PB Fit 1 tbsp Cashew Butter 3 tbsp Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener w/ Erythitol 2 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes Organic Great Value 1 fl oz Water, tap
Melt coconut oil on stove.
Mix cashew butter (I made my own and I make it more like a paste than a butter) and PB Fit with 2 TBSP of water until it forms a paste.
Mix with cocoa, and sweetener. I prefer a sweeter taste. Adjust to your taste.
Pour into silicone mold and sprinkle coconut evenly over bombs. Place in freezer until firmly set and pop out.
Serving Size: 15 bombs
