Shrimp & Scallop stir fry-low calorie

Ingredients
8 oz Scallops, raw 8 oz Shrimp, raw .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 cup Peas, frozen 1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
Directions
Saute onions, & carrots in olive oil 5 minutes. Add diced cauliflower, peas, shrimp and chicken broth. Simmer 5 minutes or until veggies are cooked to your taste. Add scallops and simmer 3 minutes for small scallops . Larger sizes may take a little longer. Add soy sauce-I use Black soy sauce for richer flavor.

Serve over rice or noodles.
