Crustless Cheddar bacon quiche muffins

Ingredients
24.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream3.0 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar5.0 serving Bacon (Tyson Thick Cut: 2 slices)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix eggs and cream. Add 2/3 cheese. Grease pans. Pour batter in with 1/4c measure. Sprinkle with bacon and remaining cheese. Bake for 20 min, or until eggs are set. Let cool for 5-10min and serve.
