1.0 cup Brussels sprouts, fresh1.0 serving Onion, Fresh (1 slice 1/4 in thick, 1.3 oz)1.0 clove Garlic4.0 oz Lauras Lean Beef Ground Beef 8% fat1.0 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving)1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
