1.5 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) 120 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted .25 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) .5 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin 0.25 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) .25 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes .25 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 1tsp Olive Oil .5 lemon yields Lemon Juice
