Ingredients
5.5 cup Flour, white .5 ounce Yeast, bakers 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .25 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 tsp Salt 3 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
Proof yeast, mix & knead, rise until doubled, halve, knead, form loaves, rise until doubled, brush with egg. slash loaves, bake @ 375*f for 35-40 mins.
Made 2 loaves weighing 14 ounces each.
