1.5 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2 large Egg white, fresh
.5 cup Half and Half Cream
.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener
Beat Ricotta and Cream cheese with electric mixer, add sweetner an continue to beat until well mixed. Ad Eggs, egg whites, half and half and vanilla until well blended using electric mixer.
Pour into 8 ( 4 oz ramekins)- add hot water in deep baking dish to surround the custard to bake evenly. 250 degree OVEN ( 45 MINUTES)- remove from oven, water bath and cool on rack
