Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Garlic, 1 clove
Chop your onions and mushrooms.
Crush the garlic clove.
Heat oil, and throw in your onions. When they just start to turn clear, throw in the mushrooms and garlic. Heat until hot and remove from heat.
This makes 2-1 cup servings.
