Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1.25 cups quick cooking oats1 cup all-purpose flour1/3 cup sugar1 tablespoon baking powder.5 teaspoon salt1 cup milk1 egg.25 canola oil1 cup blueberries, rinsed and drained
Directions
1. Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in milk, egg, and oil; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in blueberries. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
2. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.

    I added .5 cup blackberries chopped to the recipe.
    Note that the .25 for canola oil is .25 cup (I wasn't sure when I made this but it turned out well).
    Also note that the directions talk about mixing until moistened and folding in the fruit -- my batter was much more liquid and came out fine. - 5/5/13
