Venison Parmigiana

Ingredients
10 serving ( 3 oz ) Venison 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned 1 can (29 oz) (401 x 411) Pureed Tomatoes 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Beat eggs in a small bowl after cutting venison in stew meat size pieces dip meat into eggs then bread crumbs. Brown in greased skillet. Place meat in 9x9 baking dish. Pour tomato purée over meat. Cover with foil & bake 1 hour on 400. Remove from oven sprinkle cheeses over meat return to oven uncovered and bake for another 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling & browning.
