Ingredients
2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.75 cup, shredded Coconut, raw1.0 cup, chopped Walnuts0.75 cup Honey0.75 cup, packed Brown Sugar6.0 cup Oats, Quaker4.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)2.0 large Egg white, fresh6.0 serving Trader Joes Vanilla Whey Protein Powder0.5 tsp Salt
Directions
1). Heat oven to 350°. Line 2 cookie sheets with aluminum foil. Lightly grease, if desired. 2). Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. 3). Add wet ingredients and mix well, with vanilla extract being the last to add. 4). Pour half of the mixture onto each prepared cookie sheet. 5). Bake for 10 minutes, turn over with a pancake turner, and bake an additional 10 minutes. 6). Cool completely, and then store (I store it in my empty Quaker oats container).
