Ingredients
2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 24 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 16 tbsp Diced yellow onion (by DAWN1830) .5 cup FRESH: Celery, Diced 1/4 Cup (by 75PERCENT) 2 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple 4 clove Garlic 4 cup Great Value - Vitamin D Whole Milk 4 cup Half and Half Cream 1 stick Butter, salted 2 cup Apple juice, unsweetened 5 tbsp Curry powder 1 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 2 serving Better Than Bouillon 1 T Kosher salt1 T black pepper1 T Tobasco
Directions
Saute chicken over medium heat with vegetable oil until chicken is cooked. Add chopped apples, celery, garlic and onion and sauté until onions are translucent. Add butter, when melted, slowly add 1/2 cup flour until it has thoroughly combined with no lumps. Add milk, cream and apple juice. Bring to a simmer and add all remaining ingredients, 1 T black pepper and 1 T tobacco. Simmer 20-30 mins until thickened.
