Ingredients
1.5 lb 90% Lean Ground Beef0.75 cup Oats, ground1 large Egg, beaten0.5 cup nonfat Milk1 cup chopped Onions1 cup shredded Cabbage1 cup grated Carrots1 cup chopped fresh Mushrooms1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 0.5 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp black Pepper0.5 tsp ground Sage0.25 tsp granulated garlic0.5 tsp dried mustard2 tbsp chopped Parsley
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Shape into 9X5 meatloaf pan. Bake at 375F for ~ 1-1/2 hr, or until cooked through.
