Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw , diced4 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh 4 serving Knorr Vegetable Stock Cube (by BRANDI1809) 2 stalks, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
Directions
Fry off Onions and celery and Garlic in Fry light and add rest of veg, cover with paper and add half the stock on low/med heat for 20mins then add rest of stock, bring to boil and simmer for 20mins. Allow to cool slightly and blend. Season with Salt & Pepper
