Pumpkin Seed Protein Muffins

Ingredients
1.0 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt0.5 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.3 cup Olive Oil0.3 cup Honey1.5 cup Flour, white0.25 tsp Salt2.0 tsp baking powder1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Ginger, ground0.5 tsp allspice0.5 tsp cloves0.5 cup Pumpkin seeds3.0 tbsp protein powder, organic pumpkin seed by Omega Nutrition
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together all dry ingredients. In separate bowl, mix together all wet ingredients until well-combined. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed. Spoon into paper-lined muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Texas muffins will need 25 minutes approx. Cool in muffin tin for five minutes, and five minutes more on a baking rack. Serving Size: 12 regular muffins or 6 Texas-size muffins
