Low carb blueberry muffins

Ingredients
5 tbsp Coconut flour 4 large Eggs1/4 cup low carb sweetener of choice (not in nutrition count- I used an erythritol/stevia blend)1/4 Heavy Whipping Cream 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
Mix eggs, heavy cream, and sugar substitute well. Add coconut flour let sit 2-3 minutes Add blueberries Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes
