1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 0.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour 0.5 tsp Baking Powder
Mash banana. Add egg and mix. Add vanilla and cinnamon, mix. Add dry ingredients, mix. Cook on lightly greased griddle, flipping once, until browned on both sides and cooked through.
