Dark Molasses High Fiber Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed 2.5 cup Wheat bran1/3 cup Molasses 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup Dannon - Greek Yogurt - Plain 2.5 tbsp Coconut Oil -Melted1 Cup chopped prunes, raisins, dates, or figs1 tsp Salt 1.5 tsp Baking Soda 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened Walnuts (optional) not included in nutritional countMilk as needed if batter too stiff
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl. Add together with chopped fruit. Let sit for 10 minutes. Makes 18 muffins.
