1.75 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 120 Green Chili Peppers, canned 4 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 4 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning 16 tbsp Kroger Reduced Fat Sour Cream 16 tbsp Kroger Medium Salsa 1.75 cup Diced Tomato, Kroger No Salt Adde.5 4 serving Kroger Jalapeno Peppers Diced (2 Tbsp = 1 Serving) 1.33 serving Black Olives - Sliced (2 Tbsp.) 8 serving Cheese, Mozzarella (Kroger low moisture, part skim) 1 oz serving 41.6 oz Kroger Heritage Farm Chicken Breasts
Cook chicken and shred. (Approximately 3 chicken breast.) Add taco seasoning to shredded meat. Add corn, tomatoes, green chilies, half of the cheese shredded, cooked brown rice, salsa, sour cream and rice. Mix until blended. Pour in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 30 minutes on 350. Add olives and remaining shredded cheese. Cook for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
