Cottage Cheese Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal1 cup cottage cheese1 ripe banana8 egg whites1 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla1 tsp nutmeg2 Tbsp flaxseed2 Tbsp Greens & Whey Protein Powder1/2 cup water
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender except the oatmeal. When smooth, add the oatmeal - only blend enough to mix it in the batter. You want the batter to be lumpy.

Cook like normal pancakes.

Makes 16 1/4 cup pancakes.
