Chicken Stirfry

Ingredients
3 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips or chunks2 tbsps olive oil1 1/2 tsps Montreal Chicken Spice1 cup each:chopped or sliced green pepperchopped or sliced red pepperchopped onionchopped broccolifrozen or fresh green beans or snap peas
Directions
Saute chicken in olive oil and Chicken Spice until well done, then remove and set aside. Stir fry vegetables all together in remaining oil until done, but slightly crisp. Add sprinkles of water if pan seems too dry as the veggies are cooking. Serve with rice if desired. Soy sauce makes a nice seasoning as well.
