California Salmon Sandwich

Ingredients
1 serving (Walmart) Wild salmon filets 1 roll Arnold Potato Sandwich Rolls 1 serving Wendy's Lettuce (1 leaf) 1 serving Wendy's Tomatoes (1 slice) 1 serving Avocado Fresh 2-3 thin slices 1 tbsp Kraft chipotle mayo (by COSBORNE3) 1 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat
2. Add the salmon, skin side down, and sprinkle with salt and pepper
3. Cook for 3 min and then flip. Scrape off skin and sprinkle with salt and pepper while the other side cookes for 3 min
4. Lightly toast your bun, spread 1T of mayo on the top, then lay on lettuce and tomato
5. Remove salmon from pan, place on bottom half of the bun, and top with avocado slices
