Shredded Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 Mission, 8 inch Low Carb Soft Tortilla1/2 cup Shredded Mexican Cheese 1/2 cup shredded chicken\pork prepared with salsa & taco seasoning
Directions
Heat tortilla in a hot pan with a little olive oil. When heated flip then add cheese and chicken (or pork) and fold one half over and seal with a weight. When 1st side is brown flip and finish remaining side. Cut into 4ths. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa
