Lamb and Veg Bolognese

Ingredients
500 gram(s) Lamb Mince400 gram(s) tomatoes - chopped tinned 246 gram Blacked Eyes Peas can2 tbsp Sainsburys Olive Oil (by TO1994) 100 grams Onions, raw 140 grams Carrots, raw 127 grams Celery, raw 120 grams Parsnips 90 gram(s) Mushrooms, Forestiere 5 gram swiss bouillion vegetable stock powder
Directions
Softly fry the celery, onion and carrot, remove to brown the mince. Drain the excess fat, add any spices and herbs, cover with the bouillion laced tin of tomatoes.
Add the softened vegetables and bring to the boil.
Add the chopped parsnip, mushrooms and tin of peas.
Bring back up to boil for 5 mins then simmer for at least 20 mins- better if for longer.
