Ingredients
2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 0.50 tsp Salt 2.25 cup Dreamfields low carb penne rigate 0.25 cup Yellow onion, chopped 1.25 cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese 4 serving Marketside Butcher Ground Beef 90% Lean (4oz) (by CRYSKNIFE) .5 tsp Onion powder .5 serving Garlic Powder (1 tsp) 1 oz Cream Cheese, Great Value, 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese .5 cup Half and Half Cream 1 tsp Parsley, dried
Directions
Brown ground beef and onions. Cook penne according to box instructions. Combine cooked ground beef, cooked penne, and all other ingredients in a pan and stir until cheese is melted and mixed through. We eat this as the main dish with a vegetable side.
