Raspberry Mustard Vinagarette

Ingredients
8 tbs good balsamic vinegar1 tbs good extra virgin olive oil1 tsp dijon mustard1 tbs good raspberry jam (calories above are approximates based on jam used)salt and pepper to tastedash of thymedash of chopped rosemary(note: dijon mustard has quite a bit of sodium, if you're watching sodium don't add additional salt, it really doesn't need it)(
Directions
Combine all ingredients in small container

Shake really really well ( it's gotta burn a few calories shaking the container)

Pour over salad..

    I used frozen mixed berries, no sugar, heated in the microwave instead of the jam. Used this over steamed broccoli and some left over for salads later - 7/4/14
