Low carb coconut flour fathead dough bagels

8 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 6 tsp Baking Powder 250 grams Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 2 oz Cream Cheese 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Butter, salted
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix coconut flour and baking powder in small bowl. Set aside.
3. Melt cheeses in microwave for 1 min. Stir, microwave additional minute. Stir.
4. Add beaten eggs, melted butter and coconut flour mixture until dough is formed. Should be a bit wet and sticky.
5. Divide dough into 6 pieces and roll out each piece connecting to form a bagel shape. Place aOn parchment and bake for 12-16 minutes until golden. Note- could add dried garlic, onion and sesame seeds on top prior to baking.
